Theta has worked at YIHA for over 6 years, first as a bookkeeper, then as a manager, and is currently the Department Director. Prior to working here, she was the Executive Financial Director for Tulle Housing Authority for 11 years. Theta moved to this area over 6 years ago with her husband to retire but found that she still had the desire to work. Wanting to work for an entity that had value, she chose YIHA." My heart is in finance and I love seeing families get homes. I believe in this program. It makes a difference in people's lives. Fiscal is an important part of the process. If audits and books are not in order, the funding won't come in to help those families who need it most."
